Fumi Nagasaka did some amazing editorials for Dazed and Confused Japan, Tank mag and the likes, but her more documentary work is even better. Mostly in black and white, she captured her models in an intimate (yes, I use this word in nearly every post about a photographer) way, on their own, in moments without much attention for the camera. As stated on her site Fumi "isolates the innocence and the priceless incandescence of each subject", which is exactly why I prefer pics of the young above the wise and mature: only those still living in their youth, with their accompanying uncertainties, are able to show up in such an uncomplicated disarming way.
